The Scribblerati write with the white-hot passion of incurable scribblers. They can’t help but write! But when they come up for air they’re often at a loss for who to discuss their literary adventures with. Family and friends may love them dearly, but their eyes inevitably glaze over after only a few minutes of writing talk. So what’s a writer to do? Join the Scribblerati!

At Scribblerati, every member is a Scribbler, so you’re in safe company. There’s nothing any of us find more fascinating than talking about stories in all its varied forms. From plays, screenplays, journalism,non-fiction, poetry, and novels of all genres, we love it all.

At Scribblerati, you’ll always find someone else as obsessed as you to chat with. Someone who knows what it’s like to seize up with writers block, or get frustrated with the lack of time available for writing, or the conflict of family life with the solitude and peace most find necessary to write. You can share your joys and fears with other Scribblers knowing that they really understand what you’re going through.

Many of our members are already published and happy to share advice and insight into how they managed their success. Their outreach vehicle is The Scribblers Chronicle, a magazine-style blog much like this one.

Many more members have yet to be published, however, and are consequently in the best position to review workshops, classes and conferences they’ve found helpful, as well as sharing the highs and lows of their personal hero’s journey.

Both of these magazines are now available for subscription on Kindle via Amazon.com, so you can still enjoy the latest news, reviews and interviews even when you’re away from your computer.

You don’t have to be a member of Scribblerati to join its teaching annex at ScribblersUniversity.com. The faculty includes some extraordinary authorial, editorial, agenting and teaching talent.
